Hello,
Slowly coming back to weeknotes with a short note to let you know I currently have 1-2-1 coaching availability for leaders working in social impact.
We know that leadership is knotty, hard, frustrating, at times isolating. We know it goes beyond words like strategy, business, ROI. And it's rare that the journey to uncovering the leadership that will serve your team is done by oneself.
Who it's for:
If you're going through a moment of defining, redefining, discovering or exploring your leadership voice/style/approach and how you can more effectively/wholeheartedly show up in your work, business, role, get in touch.
Impact:
Generally, after 1 or 2 coaching sessions with me clients report a significant increase in confidence around their self+team-leadership. From work I delievered this year, two examples include an increase from 2 to 7 and 7 to 10 on a 1-10 scale. The testimonials on the website bring some detail to the numbers.
Fees:
I work with a standard fee and I like to discuss this together and make it work for both of us.
