Weeknotes #51: Working Together in 2025
Work updates and coaching availability for the upcoming year.
You are reading Coaching Weeknotes by Roxana Bacian: explorations at the intersection of inner-growth, leadership coaching and organisational development:

Hello, I hope the New Year has met you with goodness and a smooth return from the holidays. I’m returning to these weeknotes with a lot of gratitude for your readership and the messages of encouragement you’ve sent me throughout last year. They gave me courage to keep showing up authentically on here.
The first post of the year is an update on my current work and availability as we move into February and 2025 kicks into true gear. January has started strong already as I've been working alongside Know You More and New Economy Organisers Network (NEON) coaching leaders in the education sector in Scotland and teams in social impact organisations.
This year, I want to continue this work and I'm available for 1-2-1 and team coaching for people in leadership roles and organisations navigating periods of complex change. To give you an idea of what our work together might look like, I’m sharing below some examples of themes I’ve supported people and teams to navigate and what benefits they drew from it:
1. Leaders:
Managing the boundaries of their role;
Identifying and taking action to address conflict within/with their team;
Identifying/working on less obvious challenges and barriers to their work;
Connecting to and acting based on their vision for their role and organisation.
They left with increased:
* Confidence in leadership capacity;
* Compassionate inner voice;
* Flexibility in thinking;
* Openness to collaboration;
* Groundedness and sense of timing.
2. Teams:
Encouraging the conversations that had been avoided and were stunting growth;
Identifying what was already working well and building on where they were succeeding;
Designing and experimenting with new ways of working as a team/organisation;
Addressing the gap between values and the felt reality of the organisation.
They left with increased:
* Understanding of their core challenges;
* Ability to leverage differences in the team;
* Capacity to tolerate stress and uncertainty;
* Relational awareness and communication;
* Alignment between values and behaviour.
The experience, skills and presence I bring to this work are shaped by the relationships I’ve been blessed with, the people who aren’t afraid to keep growing. They include my therapist, supervisor, coaching managers and colleagues, partner, long-time friends and most of all, the clients I work with who are brave to cross the bridge of their lives and that of their organisations.
You can find costs, testimonials and case studies on the website. Over the years I’ve found that the best way to gauge compatibility is to book a short call and discuss the work together. You can book a free intro call with me using this Calendly link.
Another way to get a sense of the work is to listen to a conversation between myself and Tim Mart (Know You More) exploring the theme of conscious leadership and what it might take to lead organisations from this place.
If you are able to, I appreciate you sharing this post with your network or tagging someone who you think might benefit from it.
