You are reading Coaching Weeknotes by Roxi Bacian: explorations at the intersection of leadership coaching and organisational development. These weeknotes are multiply authored, arrived at in conversation with many:
Hello, it’s been a few months since I last posted here.
I’m returning with summer updates about the latest work I’ve been involved in and upcoming availability for work.
Spring brought two project endings that required deep focus as we wrapped up New Economy Organisers Network (NEON)'s OrgBuilders programme supporting organisations navigating structural and cultural shifts; as well as this year’s Know You More’s Coaching for Wellbeing programme supporting Headteachers in Scotland to sustain their wellbeing and that of their teams. I will be sharing learnings and reflections from these projects in the coming weeks.
Availability for 1-2-1 for Leaders/Organisations in Social Impact:
I currently have availability for 1-2-1 coaching for leaders in social impact organisations. I offer one-off sessions and coaching programmes. This offer will be useful to leaders navigating complex change related to leadership, culture and operational structures and processes. This might be sustaining your team during a shift in governance, building gravitas in a new leadership role or embedding EDI practices in your funding bodies’ criteria.
I’m an Associate Certified Coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation. I bring 5+ years of coaching leaders and teams in the UK, Europe and Australia, 7+ years as a social impact designer. I believe in a rigorous approach to coaching practice and I am in regular 1-2-1, group coaching supervision and personal therapy.

Clients say:
‘Roxi was good at asking questions which meant that I got to the feeling or the source of the problem, and helped me to find a direction or decision that felt good for me, and which involved the rest of the team to some extent. This helped to build my confidence in general and within the team.'
